Owner/Personal Trainer

With more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Andy knows the importance of fitness and moreover he has the know how to provide competent training techniques to  enhance it.  His qualifications include Strenght and Conditioning Coach,Ireland Weightlifting Coach, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advice. Andy Also has competed in a number of Men’s Physique competitions and is currently studying Psychology.

Owner/Personal Trainer

Graeme studied Health and Fitness in University Limerick and competing internationally as part of the Irish Powerlifting Team for over 10 years he certainly has the knowledge and experience needed to understand how best to train “to be the best you can be”. His personal achievements which highlight his dedication and determination include 11 Irish Titles, 5 European Titles and 4 World Titles. Graeme has extensive experience in personal, group and corporate training.

Keith (Ted)
Personal Trainer / Powerlifting coach

Keith has an Honours Degree in Exercise and Health. Keith has vast experience in the area of strength and conditioning with a qualification in Irish Weightlifting Level 1. He is a powerlifting coach and also a strength and conditioning coach. Keith provides guidance and assistance for both individuals and teams on a training and nutritional basis to enable them to enhance their performance and technique.

Personal Trainer / S+C Coach

Rebecca is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Since 2011 she has dedicated herself to all areas of fitness and since then has been continuously working to improve and broaden her knowledge to better enable her to implement best practice to improve the body. Rebecca caters for all fitness levels, both male and female and creates specific plans to facilitate individual needs and goals. She offers personal training, fitness plans, nutrition plans and functional movement screening.
