Graeme Quirke and Andy Duffy have opened the doors to what has been described as «the ultimate fitness facility».
After years of training in Nenagh, Andy and Graeme knew the town needed a bigger, more advanced fitness facility, so the two teamed up and the Fitness Factory was born. It wasn’t long before it rose to the top and is now one of the top gyms in the Munster region.
Andy knows the importance of fitness and moreover he has the know how to provide competent training techniques to enhance it. His qualifications include fitness instructor, personal trainer, weightlifting level 1 and he excels as a strength & conditioning instructor. In recent years he has trained local hurling, camogie and soccer teams which allowed him to gain vast experience in enhancing young sports people with their training techniques and performance. Andy specialises in weight loss, nutritional advise, strength training, personal training, group training and team training. He also competed in Mens Physique competition in 2018.
Graeme’s passion for fitness began almost sixteen years ago. Having studied Health and Fitness in University Limerick and competing internationally as part of the Irish Powerlifting Team for seven years he certainly has the knowledge and experience needed to understand how best to train «to be the best you can be». His personal achievements which highlight his dedication and determination include 7 Irish Titles, 4 European Titles and 4 World Titles. He presently holds the current Irish, European and World Champion Powerlifting titles. Graeme has extensive experience in personal, group and corporate training and also specialises in nutritional advice.
